I vote for the Tonka truck, and let him ride the bike from your earlier post in the garage n colder days. ;)
I have to say... if the truck is one that he can ride on, I'd change my vote to that instead of the tricycle. So I must explain... the trike, which can be ridden in the house whilst you are doing things that require you to remain in the house (laundry, dinner, etc), will do so much more to strengthen those important muscles :) Legs, arms, torso...
Perhaps santa should bring him BOTH??
