He's saying "okay, buddy." Drew calls Ace "buddy" and Ace calls you whatever you call him. That's why at the end of the first video, you can hear him say "hey boo," because I call him "boo."
I picked my parents up from the airport a couple weeks ago and when he saw my stepdad, even though he knows his name's Pawpaw, he said "Hey man!" because that's what my stepdad calls him. It's the cuteness.
