Today is my Cousin James' 25th birthday. I unfortunately haven't spoken to Cousin James in several years and his last known e-mail address doesn't work so here I sit, blogging about it. It's also the birthday of one of my childhood friends and the birthday of a different childhood friend's boyfriend. Sorry. Sometimes I remember the strangest things.
I just can NOT resist those banner ads which offer me free iPods and other goodies if I can only punch Dubya/squish the roach/paintball the co-worker/kiss Brad Pitt. I probably risk spyware doing these things over and over again, but I can't resist.
I can, however, resist going to the dentist's office this morning and getting those dadgum cavities filled. I probably shouldn't, though. They'll apparently charge $25 for missing an appointment. Sigh.
We met some new people at our homeowner's association meeting on Tuesday. They were about our age and didn't have children, and seemed pretty much on par with our lifestyle. We gave them our phone number but didn't get theirs. I hope they call.
Most boring entry ever. I'm totally stalling, you realize. I have to be at the dentist's office in a half hour and I haven't showered yet. I should go. Sigh.

That's it!!! Every time I looked at the date today, I thought to myself, "Hmm.. October 13th, I SWEAR that's someone's birthday." I looked on all 3 of my planners.. nope, nothing.
Thanks for reminding me, cuz. He's one of the cousin b-days I DO remember.. for some reason.
