Dear Ace,

When I have to step out of the room for a few minutes, thank you for letting me know that you're doing something wrong by saying "Ace, NO. Don't do dat." It's really quite efficient, and counteracts the whole "quiet baby = bad baby" philosophy.

Also, it's really, really, really cute when you say "na na na na na Batman." DO IT ON CAMERA.

Love, Mommy

I LOVE it when kids admonish themselves while doing something wrong! Maybe you will be lucky and he will tell on himself into his teenage years. ;-)

Oh I would love to see either of those on camera!

Wouldn't it be great if Ace always stayed this honest about his actions?
ha ha ha.

I love it when Aidan does that. Sometimes he gives us a warning, and he'll say "I'm gonna be a bad boy". Cracke me up.

I meant to write cracks, not cracke.

Evidence that he knows right from wrong, and completely disregards the difference. Ha!

the diva put herself in timeout last night. she knew i was about to say it, so she went ahead and sat against the wall. i had to leave the room. i couldn't let her see me cracking up!!!!

Why do they instinctively know what the camera is and instantly clam up when they see it?
