Ace has an ear infection and a stomach virus. Gonna do some antibiotics and go dairy-free for a couple of days. My poor kid.

I'm feeling about 60% better than I did yesterday, but I'm still pretty weak and achy. For those wondering, I'm going to go to the Run from the Sun tomorrow, but I'm not totally sure I'll be participating. I might just be a volunteer groupie...

Now for the most important part of this post. America, I was mildly disappointed, but not surprised that you didn't vote for Ron Paul in the primaries. I was more disappointed and surprised that you voted for George W. Bush in 2004. Last night, your democratic ways shocked me more than I ever thought I'd be shocked, and rocked me to my very core.

How in the world... how in THE WORLD did you vote for Chloe Lattanzi over Jesse Money on Rock the Cradle? Not only does she have an awful singing voice, but she's an awful performer, and she has an awful attitude. And I just don't understand how a 22-year-old girl has the face of a 50-year-old post-reconstructive surgery. Jesse Money was awesome. She nailed that song (admittedly I'm biased because I'm a 3 Doors Down fan) and had a fantastic attitude. I want to be her friend.

I think I'd feel much better today if Jesse Money were still on the show, but no. No, America, you had to go and submit me to yet another one of Chloe Lattanzi's over-dramatic wavering-voiced performances. For that, America, I will always be a little angry with you.
