blogging while tired

My back HURTS. It HURTS.
I need to see a doctor.
My back hurts so much.

Y'all didn't know I was gonna make a haiku, didja?

No time to see doc
Will whine on the net instead
Probably the same.

My only true friends
are flexeril, naproxen
Heating pad helps too.

Sam's Club and Kroger
Then later, housekeeping too
Did too much today.

Should really go sleep
but when I try to stand up
evil troll stabs me.

Blogging while exhausted. It's the new thing. Try it.

You need to do some good stretches and a few exercises for your back - I can email you the 3 that are my favorite.

I'm sorry, but we aren't affiliated with your blog's insurance provider, please pay in full up front.

And Have A Nice Day!

(Maybe your back needs to have lunch at Spice Avenue.)

This is not haiku.
Haiku speaks of the seasons,
is based on morae.

Wikipedia,
the font of all knowledge-ah,
speaks the truth on this.

I should be working.
Many tax returns to do.
I hate tax season.

Ignatius loves VeggieTales.
Tells Holly "this one".

Make time. See doctor. More than a couple of days is too long. Besides, I think it may be some sort of bizarre virus that's spread to your brain and made you write in haiku.

Do I have to write about my back pain in iambic pentameter now? haha

I think one of us is having psychic sympathy pain for the other. I stood up from my desk the week before last and felt something shift in my lower spine. I've been in pain ever since. The first few days was excruciating, especially if I bent at all. Now, it's just an irritating ache for the most part. Is it your fault I hurt? Or mine that you do?

See if United covers PT for YOU. Or shoot for a TENS unit. They are Da Bomb!

Stretching is awesome. I've been a nurse for 15 years, and have turned many a 350+ patient ALONE. So yeah, I feel your pain. I can't take Flexeril tho..you can waft the bottle under my nose and I am out cold for 14 hours. Robaxin is my pill of choice :) Also: buy a little bag of frozen peas at the store, and apply to your back where it hurts-wrap the bag in a cloth or wear a t-shirt between you and the bag. Leave it on for no more than 20 minutes at a time. Do that every 4 hours or so to get rid of swelling AND NUMB THE PAIN! Longer than 20 minutes and you risk skin damage. Don't laugh at my peas-just throw them back in the freezer, then when you are ready, just smoosh them around a little and re-apply.
