Know what's great about the day after Halloween? Well, if you're not Catholic.

Leftover Halloween candy REALLY helps with PMS.

I really feel like getting drunk. But I'll get by with my friends Reese's, Snickers, Twix, and Milky Way. I'm just saying.

Yes, today is the 41st birthday of the New Orleans Saints (which is why they're named the Saints in the first place).

LOL! Chocolate IS a cure for PMS, I don't care what they say.
And why if you're not Catholic? Because of today being a Holy Day?
Hmmm. I haven't had a drink in a long time, but it does sound good tonight. SOMETHING to help me recover from Aidan's sugar high all day!

Doghouse - I totally didn't know that. AWESOME.

Sharon - yeah, since today is All Saints Day. If one doesn't do saints, the day wouldn't have much significance.

Alice - I've actually never tried boxed wine, but it runs in my family.

Yep Stacey, the city of New Orleans was officially awarded the franchise on Nov. 1, 1966. Because of that, the team was named the Saints, and they began play in 1967.

Oh, and I found this; thought it might be of interest to some of y'all.

I didn't buy a lick of Halloween candy because we live in the sticks and nobody trick or treats at my house. If by some chance somebody was lost and trick or treated at my residence out of desperation, I would have something to give them because I always have something lying around. Mini-me got enough stuff from daycare and grandma's for us to have our fill of candy without having to spend a dime!

Random Extra Comment for your Random Extra Post: I went and it was awesome! I think Ladon is going to be famous now b/c a bunch of guys videotaped him screaming, "Go Ron Paul!" into a microphone, making the crowd go wild over and over-- :o) It was so funny! I forgot my camera at home like a moron (I was cussing up a storm, believe it!), but I did get some pics w/ my sister's camera phone. I'll post them as soon as she e-mails them to me (could be next year, knowing her, LOL!). I got to meet him and everything--It was so much fun!
