I'm thinking that man has some facial burns or somethin' FO REAL. Either that or the lady working at the spray tan salon got distracted while doing his face and kept the stream targeted to that area for a few minutes (or an hour?) too long.
Not to mention the chick is like a dude in a bikini. nastay.
