One of the women on my preemie support group is taking her son off of life support tomorrow. He was born at 23 weeks, 1 pound 6 ounces, 11 inches long. He had a massive brain bleed, one that can't be survived.
Please pray for the baby, A, and his whole family. A's mom is making a VERY brave, very hard decision, and she's only 21.
Man, I hate prematurity. I don't know if I've expressed that particular sentiment before, but prematurity really, really, really sucks. SUCKS.

I lost my daugther at 26 weeks, I understand the pain.. and I sympathize...
Dangit...my mascara's not waterproof...it's not fair. My heart is with her.
