700th post... and it's a meme

It's the Man Meme. I'm not tagging, fill it out if you wanna. I know one or two married men that read my blog, so change it around to make it suitable for you... or not, if that's how you swing.

Drew

2. How long have you been together?
7 years in January

3. How long did you date?
2.5 months

4. How old is your man?
THIRTY!!

5. Who eats more?
No telling. We both eat a lot.

6. Who said “I love you” first?
I did. A year or so later, he finally caught on.

7. Who is taller?
Drew, by about 4 inches

8. Who sings better?
I think I do... but neither of us are any good. When we're singing hymns in church, he'll sing at a normal pitch for a few minutes then apropos of nothing drop down to a Barry White baritone. Cracks me up every time.

9. Who is smarter?
He is. I know a lot about a few unimportant things, he knows a lot about a lot of important things.

10. Whose temper is worse?
Ohhh, so mine. I've seen him get genuinely angry maybe 5 times since we've been together. Probably less than 5. I throw a tantrum every other day.

11. Who does the laundry?
I do, of course. Did you read the URL? I also can't handle the way he folds clothes. It's a quirk, what can I say?

12. Who takes out the trash?
He does. I avoid stinky chores for the most part - trash, diaper pail, kitty litter.

13. Who sleeps on the right hand side of the bed?
If you're facing the bed from the footboard, I do.

14. Who pays the bills?
He does. I have no patience for that stuff.

15. Who is better with the computer?
Pfft, him. It's not just that he's better with computers, it's that he is seemingly a revered deity with computers. The computer could be freaking out on me, flashing "You are a schmuck" across the screen and playing a laughing .wav file, and all I have to do is say "Honey, can you come look at the computer" to make it stop. If, heaven forbid, he actually walks in the room, the computer will magically produce a pan of warm fudge brownies and show a relaxing scene of a waterfall in a forest, with the text "We Love Drew" across the top.

16. Who mows the lawn?
Drew does, but I don't mind doing it.

17. Who cooks dinner?
I do, normally, but he doesn't mind doing it at all.

18. Who drives when you are together?
Oh my lands, he does! Women aren't allowed to drive! I purt near got the vapors at that question.

19. Who pays when you go out?
Whoever isn't quieting Ace down.

20. Who is most stubborn?
MMmmmme-me-me-me-me-me.

21. Who is the first to admit when they are wrong?
He is, but I admit I'm wrong quite a bit more often.

22. Whose parents do you see the most?
Mine. They live closer.

23. Who kissed who first?
Debatable. I say he kissed me.

24. Who asked who out?
He asked me out, the final time. Long story.

Drew.

26. Who is more sensitive?
Like Christine said, this one's kinda hard to say. One would think I am because I'm insanely hot-headed. Drew's just a big ol' doggone softie. VERY cute.

27. Who has more friends?
We have the same friends... I think I have more acquaintances, though, but once they move to friend status, they'll be his friend too. We don't really separate.

28. Who has more siblings?
Not sure. I have 4, he has 4 that he knows of. In a scandal sure to rock my mother-in-law's world, he may have 3 more.

29. Who wears the pants in the family?
Kind of a toss-up. I throw more fits and get my way more often, but I generally recognize that whatever he wants to do is what is definitely what's best for the family, so a full 99.9% of the time, he gets his way.
