Dear Ace,

SLEEP.

Remember how you were taking such nice, long, hour-and-a-half naps during the day? Could you do that again? This half-hour catnap thing is really just annoying both of us, and screwing up your schedule.

Plus I feel like a giant poo for letting you cry yourself back to sleep when you've woken up too early and I know you still need to sleep. I was taking months off of your 18-year-long grounding sentence for coming too early, but I'm fixin' to start adding those on again.

Love, Mama

P.S. You look really cute in the shirt you're wearing today.

You have such a witty way of writing! :)
Is Ace trying to crawl yet? I was always told this, but didn't beleive it until my son put us through it. It seems when the babies are about to reach a new milestone, it disrupts their sleep patterns. Like the excitement keeps them awake or something. lol.
Our son went through stages of this before the first tooth, then of course crawling and walking. It was so frustrating! I feel for ya!

Sharon - nah, he's barely even rolling over yet. He's gonna be starting physical therapy to get some issues ironed out soon. I think he might know that he's going to his grandma's this weekend, and he goes on sleep/hunger strikes whenever Drew or I aren't taking care of him.
